Consent

By subscribing to any services or accessing neetcounseling.com, you consent to this policy and accept its terms in full.

Parties to the Agreement

• First Party: neetcounseling.com, operated by Excellent Career Shapers (referred to as "USH Education Private Limited.")
• Second Party: The subscriber/applicant/candidate, including their parent/guardian.

Scope of Services

USH Education Pvt. Ltd. provides advisory services, updates, and expert insights to help candidates make informed decisions regarding NEET and related admissions. Our role is consultative; we do not guarantee admissions or seats.

Subscriber's Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing whether or not to act on our advice. USH Education Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any personal decisions made independently by the subscriber.

No Seat Guarantee

USH Education Pvt. Ltd. is not affiliated with any authority or institution for guaranteeing seats. We only provide assistance based on your eligibility and preferences.

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for non-selection, underperformance, ineligibility, or decisions by admission boards (MCC, MCI, NMC, etc.).

Information Assistance

We offer support through packages that include document reviews, counseling guidance, and timely updates. All updates are subject to change, and USH Education Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for such changes.

Document and Data Accuracy

All actions are based on the assumption that the subscriber’s information and documentation are accurate and genuine. We are not liable for rejection or admission denial due to errors, delays, or incomplete documents.

No Verbal Commitments

Only written and published service descriptions are valid. USH Education Pvt. Ltd. is not bound by verbal promises or informal communication.

Fee Structure

Subscription fees include only the services explicitly mentioned in your selected package. Any government registration/application fees are to be paid separately by the subscriber. All fees paid to USH Education Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

• No refunds will be processed under any circumstances after subscription registration.
• No refund will be granted for failure to secure admission or if the subscriber discontinues service voluntarily.
• Fees will be forfeited in cash
• Use of document fraud or false information.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

All legal disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be held in English, and costs shared equally.

Advisory Tools

Tools such as “Shortlist Your College,” “KYC-BYC Report,” and “Rank Predictors” are based on analysis and historical data. Minor data inaccuracies are possible due to human error.

Application Support

USH Education Pvt. Ltd. aids in form filling (online/offline). The subscriber must double-check submissions. We are not liable for submission errors, missed deadlines, or incomplete applications.

Communication

Important updates are shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Ensure USH Education Pvt. Ltd. support numbers are saved to receive updates without interruption.

Document Support

We assist in understanding documentation formats and requirements. However, subscribers are responsible for acquiring and submitting all required documents.
